Repaired the menu-building which got a little lost during update. import_html_add_node_navigation() now calls menu_edit_item_save() explicitly instead of trusting node_save() to do so. Patched the admin-user-only permissions problem. the new access right 'access import html' should allow any privileged user to to it.
