We're selectively importing this information on a country-by-country basis. (batch import to follow) These values will be used to populate dropdowns for countries/states. The administrative interface will allow certain country/state values to be re-weighted based on one or more "scopes". For example, one instance of an address form only allows US/Canada, while others show all countries.
