Moved all XML-RPC callbacks and helper functions to asterisk_common.inc. removed get_recorded_messages, parse_recorded_filename, and upload_recorded_messages. finished conversion of globals to defines. reworked upload_recorded_file to generate_recorded_file--now it just adds the XML-RPC'ified file to the existing file array. changed default paths in asterisk_config and AGI_config to more sensible defaults. streamlined t() function in support.inc--it's really just a wrapper to allow t() to pass w/o errors.
