Refactored system for tracking seeders and leechers, which results in less databsae calls in scrape.php. Fixed error in announce, users were not being added to the active users table. Fixed error in announce where uid was not being set correctly. Fixed error in bt_tracker.install where uninstalling bt_torrent and bt_tracker simultaneously would throw an error.
