Because we want to know whether to insert the site mission as description tag on the frontpage (#27366), we called "theme_get_setting". Problem is that in "hook_menu", the theming infrastructure is not yet initialised, so the global $theme_key is not set yet. As the settings are cached, the theming function later get the wrong settings and the logo disappears from the front page.
