This allows user to setup own description of feed. - added rss_item_data property to aggregator2-item node, which is a pointer to item's aggregated data. It's temporary just like rss_data, so it's not saved to database. - Added simple caching for blocks. Unfortunetly it removes support for node access rules. Should it be made only for anonymous users? - Changed SQL commands used for promoting items. Now it should be work also on PostgreSQL and older MySQL.
