That also prevents fetching all repositories at 'user/$uid/edit' and is much cleaner in general. * Together with that, introduce an admin form for general version control related settings, with account authorization as default task. Also, introduce a two simple API functions so that account authorization modules can hook into that. * Update the README.txt files.
