Code organized into logical groups. Most transaction and search code is now in store.manage.inc * Cannot quite work out whether alloc == transaction, there looks like a lot of functions could be renamed to reflect some naming changes... * split 'administer store' into 'store admin report', 'store admin manage' and 'store admin settings'. Have not updated all code with new perms yet. User 1 wll work for now.
