I removed the ability to include the "Navigation" menu in the site map because it seemed irrelevant and not keeping with the intent of this module. I also converted some functions into non-theme functions, because CSS can take care of nearly everything. Several people have proposed features for site_map.module, but I would like to keep this module light-weight.
