This is useful for: * Sharing the same credentials across multiple instances of Authorize.Net payment methods * Hiding Authorize.Net credentials from unprivileged administrators, but allowing them to create new payment methods that use them (NOTE this is unimplemented, thus all admins see this all) * Establishing a relationship between Authorize.Net settings and a given account.
