Imported as part of the Version Control API package because really every VCS user needs a commit log. This is basically what you see on drupal.org/cvs, only VCS independent and enhanced with a few nice display and link gimmicks. This module already works and is totally feature complete, except that it doesn't yet hook into versioncontrol_commit($op='insert') for mail notifications (which is planned). Theming flexibility is also much better than in cvs.module where this module originates from.
