Remove feedapi_eparser_feedapi_parse. Start by moving the init logic into the class loading since it will likely be needed for all method calls. Also we can cache the object loading for great justice. Then we move the download call and cache logic into parse. as noted by andrew this allows the entirity of the parse logic to be overwritten.
