Rundown of changes: * Overhauled taxonomy import to use API calls instead of BAD direct DB calls. [#433844] * Moved install files into install/ dir * Included two versions of hilcc subject mappings (from Columbia University and Cornell University) as install/hilcc_subjects_map_cornell.dat and install/hilcc_subjects_map_columbia.dat; before module install you could edit and run install/create_installfile.php manually to use one or the other version of the subject mappings. * Variables were not being deleted at uninstall time. * Added hook_cron() implementation to automatically process nodes with no HILCC terms, plus settings screen in admin/content/taxonomy/hilcc to configure.
