Passkey has been implemented as a way to track users and make the tracker private. It has not reached it's full potential, but it is in place. Both announce.php and scrape.php had errors when parsing the information hashes that were being sent. They are both up to spec and are functioning correctly. The fix required handling the SHA1 values as binary instead of hex.
