Changed the existing DB querying system to be a 'get' engine, and changed the existing XML export engine to be a 'put' engine. - Created a new 'engines' subdir, and put each engine in its own file in this directory, thus moving them out of the main module file. - Cleaned up the export engine system to use the new 'get and put API'. - Started work on the XML 'get' engine (for XML imports). Not finished - needs more work.
