I've moved the menu structure around so that the approval workflow no longer conflicts/augments/overrides the built-in Drupal comment moderation page. Instead it is now located at admin/approval. This version also introduces a new permission 'approve comments', and respects 'administer comments' permissions (doesn't offer a link to edit comments if this perm is missing).
