I am losing a client to an SEO company that has a built-in dashboard (I haven't seen it yet, but will) for posting to their social networks (Facebook, Yelp, Four-Square, etc ad nauseum)

Is there anything similar in Drupal?

functionality: Client logs into their own website uses workflow to add content, goes to a dashboard to post to external social networks and then clicks to another page that has analysis of social network activities.
