I've had some bumps with modr8 and modr8_bypass but it scans the list of content types and seems to catch most of them.

I've tried both the workflow and the rules modules to create a really basic work
flow.  An Editor adds a page; an Admin approves it before it is published. It
works fine for content creation.

On the edits however, the revision goes live as soon as the editor submits the
node since it is already published.  Is there anyway to do an approval process
on revisions?  The original page says published but an email is sent to the
Admin to approve the revision before it goes live?

I also tried Revision Moderation module but that did not seem to work properly
with custom content types.

Thanks,
