My customer wants to use 1and1 to host his site. I have the all the code and database uploaded. The front page shows up when I use the domain name 1and1 provided. But accessing anything else on the site gives a "500 Internal server error." The site works fine on my PC.
1and1 told me to delete the PHP settings from .htaccess and create a php.ini file with the PHP5 values. I did that and the error persists. Any ideas?
