After lot of search i found out to create a procee workflow one should use cck ,workflow,rule and views
the form need to work like that
First an employee will login into website then he will fill and submit the form named "leave form"
others employees will also do the same
In the next step All submitted form should be visible to PM(Manager)
PM will approve some form and some not
all approved form by PM should be visible to HR
when HR(resource Manager) approved the forms the result of the approved forms should be sent back to employee who submitted the form.
Is their any documentation or refrences where i can have look at as i have no experiences on this modules
