when you say you're clicking on bold, italic, etc are you using a wysiwyg editor like tinymce or coeditor?

that's another place where they could be filtered. You're getting some tags. <a>, <ol> and <li>.


Another way to check is if you can access the db fields directly. If you can see the way it's stored raw and the tags are there but not displaying it's got to be the html filter. But if they're not getting in they could be getting stripped by the editor.

And of course, have you cleared cache to make sure all settings are up to date?

As you can see the content of the page lost all html tags (I don’t know how to say it…). when I click on  edit bold, italic, <h> tags are still there but it’s not rendered?!?!?

Input format is Full HTML.

Also, all images on the home page (except slider) disappeared and I when I added <img> on Input formats (/admin/settings/filter) under formatting guidelines.

What’s going on? Is there any chance hosting company did some updates and screwed up the site?
