is changed to <br>

Somehow the second <b><span style="font-weight:bold">bar</span></b> is getting
inserted into the URL.  (I used backup and migrate to back it up every day
but can not start the <b><span style="font-weight:bold">restore  </span></b>as
far as I know. ) Looked in the .htaccess and all is the same. Any ideas?<br clear="all">
