The image gallery at http://drupal.ambreenbutt.com/category/image-galleries/works/dirty-pretty appears to be generated directly by the Image Gallery module without using a view. The URL is generated based on the taxonomy on your site, it appears. Reproducing that behavior with Views is involved, but you should be able to find some tutorials or books to help you (I'm out of bandwidth on this one). Or, as another commenter said, you could hire it out.
