by the way, i run the Ubuntu web hosting server in my home office, my
ISP doesn't own and host it. in this case, do you know anyone can help
with this?

Recently, I happened to the "got "initramfs" issue when running my drupal 6.22 website hosted in the same hosting server (ISPConfig 3), VirtualBox VM, under Ubuntu 10.04 LTS". After restart the hosting server which hosts the drupal 6.22 website, after a while the website couldn't be accessed anymore and the hosting server hanged. Reboot the hosting server (VirtualBox VM), got the below message:
