Go to Structure->Content Types, then select the content type you want to edit. A tab should show up for Access control. Once you set it per the content type, then you should get the Access control tab on the nodes that are of that type.

Check out the README for the installation steps. Once enabled, a tab should appear next to "View" and "Edit" when viewing a node.

I read the readme. I installed. I enabled. I created a test page and viewed it. I see a view tab and an edit tab. I see nothing further. Also "readme.txt" tells me to go to content-content-types->access-control which does not seem to exist on Drupal 7. Any suggestions?
