At the top of the page, there is a "Settings" tab. There you enter your email address and select whether it does so weekly or daily, and decide if you want to be notified of all updates or just security updates. The email will show only the ones to be done.

on the page that show the state of installed modules, all the modules
are shown, whether there is an available update or not. Is there a way
to get a list of only thosemodules for which anupdate is available, so
withouth the modules that are up-to-date ?
An even beter solution for me wold be to have this list of modules to
update sent by e-mail in the update notification.
