Classification: NOT PROTECTIVELY MARKED

I am using Drupal v7.8 and building a Photo Gallery using Shadow Box.

When building the image styles for the thumbnail images they are set to 150px by 100px, the problem I am having is that when I upload images that are landscape they appear smaller that the actual fixed size which has upscalling applied to it. Portrait images are working fine.

Any help and guidance on resolving this so all thumbnail are the same size is greatly appreciated.
