I guess you can try two separate modules for your task .. as
  Now I want to add a contact form
or link of contact form for every node created using content type
business
for this i'll suggest project/ds (display suit) where you can easily embed a link of your contact form in your node created.
Once the user has submitted the form then a email should go to
the specified email address of that business owner.
for this i'll suggest project/rule .  this can fulfil your purpose i wish.
