With all this talk about Drupal upgrades, I have a question on behalf of all us lazy maintainers...

Is there anything which speaks against skipping over versions in a minor version upgrade?  Such as upgrading directly from 6.5 to 6.9?  I can’t think of any logical reason I would have to go to 6.6, 6.7 etc...?
