You can always query the system table. Look for the
status field to tell you whether it's enable.

to know if exists any way (maybe through drush) in which i will be able to
obtain the list of all modules installed on a particular drupal site. I would
like to create an script to install all modules that i have in a site to another
with a clean drupal installation. I'm using drupal 6.
