The easiest way to do this is to have a look at the Views module.  <a href="http://druple.org/project/views">druple.org/project/views</a>   <div><br></div><div>You can make a new user view showing users that have been active for X number or days or showing all new users but only showing X number and display whatever fields you want. </div>
