Hi Bob,

That is a tricky thing.

Version numbers use the decimal as a separator, not an indication of a
fraction of a unit.

It's more "Version 5 Subversion 2" than it is "Version 5 and 2/10ths."

So, "Version 5 Subversion 12" is greater than "Version 5 Subversion 2."

Maybe you could add something about this to
