Drupal will not put a limit. If you are sending lots of emails consider running them in a queue.  You might want to look at message module and Views Bulk Operations.  This might be a good way to get the emails out of Drupal.

Mandrill and Amazon mail service both have integrations with Drupal so you do not need to be concerned about your ISP.

Hi Mihamina Rakotomandimby
The email addresses are dynamic. I search on certain cafeterias, filter users and then send email. So mail group option is not possible in this case.

Just I wanted to know is there any limitation how many emails we can send at a time. Does ISP put any restriction anyway.

Is setting up a mailing list with dedicated software an alternative?
Say Mailman, for example.
