Some time ago, I registered an account there.  I seem to have lost my password, but the password recovery system isn't working.  It claims to have sent an email with a new password to my email address (roy@panix.com), but I never get that mail.

When you click on the Contact tab, it says, "You have to log in to contact us."  I can't even create a new account, because it says my email address is already in use!  Rather a catch-22.
