Hi Sir,<br><br>i gave  the rate permission to the anonymous, then used the anonymous 
role to test whether can rate  the article or not. the annoying  thing 
is although i have rated once,i still can rate the second time.third 
time.,fourth......again and again,there is no message to give me and
