I have copied the mysql database to a new drupal installation
also the /default files, image files, /modules, etc

I have altered settings.php to show the login

Now I get 'Site off line' due to technical problems

I'm stuck, what have I missed, what do I need to get the new
installation to read the copied server files and database which is the
same name.
