Several years ago, there was one that someone who produced one and made it available. I don't remember who or how to get it.

However, the documentation changes daily and is quite large. I doubt I would want to try to download it, even with a fast cable connection.

I just feel that it would be convenient to have pdf document. Many
tools and website have document in pdf. I feel that there should be a
single pdf for all the drupal document.
