Ah, I meant if you use privatemsg, then you should upgrade it. Not to install ;)

If you don't use it, then I don't have more ideas. I keep my system up-to-date as possible and the problem was gone after upgrading my privatemsg module.

 

I recommend you to do a search drupal.org with implode()+user+349, you'll find a lot of posts discussing this kind of problem.
