Check forward.tpl.php or you could use <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><a href="http://drupal.org/project/print">http://drupal.org/project/print</a> which has a send by email submodule which does send the print friendly version of the full node by email.<div>

Mail_edit module ? There is no stable version but I have installed it
