"Customized output" is a theming issue. Panels is layout solution. If layout is not the problem, dump Panels and its overhead and look for a theming solution.

I am using Job Posting module, but I wanted customised out-put so I am
using Panels. But I don't see the Job Links option in panels, any
suggestion?
