Was having problem in creating DATABASE. But now manages to create the
database.

I'm following the drupal .txt files only.
"4.0 Run the install script." in this step it's written
But since I'm doing installation on my locahost laptop, i don't have any website.
I thought by using some URL in locahost the installtion for default DRUPAL will
start but not getting how to do that.

But getting stuck after setting up database.
