Thanks for your reply. I started using H1 but it didn't look good because it's already used in the CSS for other things and I have also tried making a div with css #Username but it didn't functioning either. It would be a lot easier if I could change the style in my CSS. Don't know why I could'nt use <div id="Username">? As you can see I'm NOT an expert in CSS nor Drupal.

Garland is not really a good theme for modifying.

NI don't see why you would have a problem not displaying the Drupal title field and instead putting the title in a block, but you might want to use a heading tag.
