Dear all,

Is there a way with webform to have checkboxes setup in a table?
For instance:

          | Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner
Monday    |           |       | [ ]
Tuesday   | [ ]       | [ ]   | [ ]
...
Friday    | [ ]       | [ ]   |

Any help / hint to produce such a form would be greatly appreciated.
