Hi! I found the solution. With Organic Groups I create a node type CLIENT and select it as OG master.
With that, anytime I create a node I can select wich group of user can access it.
 
But anytime I create a client I need to assign it to the group, can it be automated?

You could implement a module to save that permission with user_save function

How can I do that? Heach user will have some nodes (bills, projects...) and I wanna restric the access to each one. In this scenario Roles aren't ok for me.
