Quite new to Drupal..

I have installed  the Nice Menus Module, it is enable,  but I don’t know  how to use it.. To I have to create a view?  I tried enabling it in BLOCKS for Primary Links, and Secondary links, without any success..

Any help is welcome. I run drupal 6
