I'm using drop down menus via nice_menu, and I want my top
level menus to not be clickable(or refer to #). I put the # in the menu item,
and it gets output as %23. I don't really want to turn off the check_plain or
whatever is getting run on that to output it, but is there another way to make
those top links not link anywhere?
