Hi, I've built a basic website using Bartik, with a logo in the top left as well as a name. Now the client wants to add a picture to the top right as well. Is it possible to add this to Bartik without too much hassle, or should I switch themes? Thanks, Alex
Classification: PROTECT Depends if you want the image to be labelled as part off the site. If this is something that will cascade through all pages then I would use CSS to control the positioning off background-image Paul Callan Scottish Government ISIS: Business Solutions W1-Spur Saughton house, Edinburgh Tel. 0131 244 4252 Email. paul.callan@scotland.gsi.gov.uk -----Original Message----- From: support-bounces@drupal.org [mailto:support-bounces@drupal.org] On Behalf Of Alex Schaft Sent: 06 December 2011 13:05 To: support@drupal.org Subject: [support] Theme question Hi, I've built a basic website using Bartik, with a logo in the top left as well as a name. Hi Alex, Unless you find a theme that fits your clients needs perfectly you will face the same challenge as with Bartik. Making changes to Bartik is not very difficult for what you need. My guess is that you are using Bartik as it was enabled when you installed Drupal. If you do, then you should start by making a Bartik subtheme <http://drupal.org/node/1114190> where you make your changes. Its easy and will also make sure you can update Drupal to new versions without fuzz. /thomas Thomas Svenson My Blog <http://www.tsvenson.com> | Twitter <http://www.twitter.com/tsvenson> | Google+ <http://gplus.to/tsvenson> On 06/12/2011 14:04, Alex Schaft wrote:
