[drupal-support] "assign to" list drop down for project/issue

I'm the super user, but when editing an issue, the only options for users to assign an issue to are myself, or unassigned. How to enable other users as targets to assign issue to? // $Id: project.module,v 1.195.2.1 2005/05/24 21:01:57 unconed Exp $ cheryl
