I am going crazy here. I can not see my site. I am on Bluehost and I know they had some problems last week, which did not affect this one domain BUT I try to log in to my site and get a blank page. I called Bluehost and they suggested clearing the browser cache, which seemed to work up to a point. But now I see the public site but when I try to login as admin I again see just a blank page. I did not change the .htaccess file. Any ideas why I am getting (sometimes I get a 500 error) a blank page? This is the same across IE, Chrome and FF. Hi Tony, The dreaded white screen of death. It means you're getting a php error but you have the display of php errors off in php.ini. If you're brave, you can try to look at errors in the watchdog table of the database, or enable error display. There are instructions here. Thanks. Yes I got to that page thru another friend's advice. But I prefer to call the hosting company. Yes I am a coward! On Mon, Apr 21, 2014 at 1:04 PM, Don <donald@fane.com> wrote:

Bluehost tech "resynced php" (?) and that seems to have done the trick. On Mon, Apr 21, 2014 at 1:06 PM, Tony <tony@tony-mac.com> wrote:

Try renaming .htaccess file. If it works, they don't allow .htaccess. Other than that, you may look at PHP error log. On 21 Apr 2014 22:13, "Tony" <tony@tony-mac.com> wrote:
