Hello! This is my first e-mail, but sounds to me like a complex question. Is possible use groups like users (send private messages, post in discussion board, etc.)? The idea is create groups for companies and each company has multiple users to admin, but all user (in a company) need to speak in the company's name. Yes, Organic Groups does this. Group leaders can send out messages to all members, members can join groups, post content either private or public. You should be able to just display the group name of a sender by configuring views and some small templates. So Bill, Sarah, and Chris all belong to Company A. When Sarah messages a Company it will come through as a message from Company A not from Sarah.
